Find your dream safari, whether it’s an excursion to finesse your photography skills or a family-friendly getaway. Elevate your trip with our extensions and add-ons.

02. Give us a Call

When you’ve found your dream safari, give our passionate Trip Specialists a call. We’ll check availability for the exact date you want, along with any extensions!

03. Confirm your space

Hold your space with a 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. We’ll also go over some other details (contact info, dietary restrictions, etc.) to get the process started.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. This is especially important for travelers booking private safaris or adding extensions to their trips.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for your safari deposit. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure and is payable by check, wire transfer, or money order.

Your safari land packages will include all accommodations, meals, bottled water (with meals and on wildlife-viewing drives), airport transfers, park fees, and services of guides and drivers. International airfare is not included.

Additional costs may include tips for your guides, drivers and staff, bar beverages, laundry service, phone calls, passport and visa fees, souvenirs, and travel insurance (if you choose to purchase it).

Please note: Your pre-departure packet includes a visa application form and information on travel insurance and tipping.

You can request space using the “Reserve Now” button on the dates and prices page; however, your space is not held or confirmed until we receive your 20% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover over the phone.

We accept final payments via wire transfer, check, or electronic funds transfer (ACH). When payment is due, Golden Dawn Expedition will email you a detailed invoice on our letterhead. Include your booking number with all forms of payment. For payment by ACH or for wire instructions, please refer only to the bank information below, in our prep guide and on your booking forms.

Once you have sent your payment, notify your Golden Dawn Expedition trip planner via phone or email. We will then notify you when the payment has been received.

Mailing Checks

We also accept final payments via mailed checks. Please make the check out to Golden Dawn Expedition and include your booking number in the memo line.
