This 7-day honeymoon safari is designed to be the perfect blend of high-end romance and thrilling wildlife. We prioritize exclusive intimacy, staying in luxury suites with private decks and arranging special “Honeymoon Touches” like candlelit bush dinners and a hot air balloon flight.

Day 1: The Romantic Arrival

Meet your private guide at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to a boutique lodge in Arusha.

  • Honeymoon Focus: Settle into your suite. Enjoy a quiet afternoon by the pool followed by a private welcome dinner in the lodge gardens under the African stars.

Accommodation: A luxury boutique lodge in Arusha (e.g., Arusha Coffee Lodge or similar).

Day 2: Tarangire Elephants & Sundowners

Drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive.

Wander through the giant baobabs and watch massive elephant families drinking at the river.

A hot lunch at your camp to avoid the midday heat.

  • Tranquility: In the late afternoon, enjoy sundowner drinks and appetizers at a private scenic point overlooking the park.

Accommodation: A luxury treehouse-style lodge or tented suite inside the park.

Day 3: The Ngorongoro Highlands

A slow morning in Tarangire, followed by a scenic drive toward the lush, misty Crater Highlands.

A picnic lunch somewhere in the park under the shade of an ancient tree before exiting.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Africa’s Eden

A full-day descent into the 600m deep crater floor.

Find the rare Black Rhino and watch lions hunt in the natural amphitheater.

A private picnic lunch set up for just the two of you in a quiet corner of the crater floor (away from the main crowds).

Day 5: Central Serengeti the Heart of the Wild

Drive into the Central Serengeti (Seronera), the world’s premier “Big Cat” territory.

  • Tranquility: In the afternoon, we spend 30 minutes of total silence under a lone Acacia tree or on a safe granite Kopje. No engines, no cameras just the two of you and the rhythm of the Serengeti.

Day 7: Final Sunrise & Farewell

A final dawn game drive to catch the leopards before they retreat into the trees.

Mid-morning transfer to the Seronera Airstrip for your flight back to Arusha.

A farewell lunch in Arusha before your transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO).

Honeymoon Special Inclusions

Private Vehicle: You will have your own private 4×4 Land Cruiser and guide for the entire week to ensure total privacy.

Sparkling Wine: A bottle of chilled sparkling wine waiting in your room upon arrival at each new camp.

Flexibility: As a honeymoon, we keep the schedule flexible if you want to sleep in and have a late breakfast in bed, the guide is ready whenever you are.

INCLUSIVE AND NON-INCLUSIVE

To help you plan and budget accurately, here is the breakdown of what is typically covered in our premium safari packages and what you should expect to handle personally.

What is Included

Professional Private Guide: A highly experienced, English-speaking local guide (or photography expert) dedicated to your group for the entire duration.

Custom 4×4 Safari Vehicle: Use of a Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof for 360-degree viewing, charging ports for cameras/phones, and a fridge/cooler box.

Park & Entry Fees: All national park fees, Ngorongoro Crater service fees, and conservation taxes for all locations listed in your itinerary.

Accommodations: All nights in luxury tented camps, mobile camps, or lodges as specified.

Full Board Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. This includes the mentioned hot lunches at camp and picnic lunches in the bush.

Drinking Water: Unlimited purified/bottled water provided in the vehicle during all game drives. Airport Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off at Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha Airport.

Internal Bush Flights: If your itinerary includes a flight (e.g., Kogatende to Arusha), the flight ticket and airstrip transfers are included.

The “Experiences”: Cultural visits, Olduvai Gorge entry, and the specific Tranquility Experiences (as these are part of our guided service).

What is Not Included

International Flights: Your travel from your home country to Tanzania and back.

Tanzanian Visa: Most travelers require a visa (approx. $50–$100 USD depending on nationality), which can be obtained online or at the airport.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

Tips & Gratuities: Tipping is customary in Tanzania. As a general guideline:

Camp/Lodge Staff: $10–$15 USD per person (usually via a communal tip box).

Alcoholic Beverages & Sodas: While water is provided, alcohol and soft drinks at lodges are typically billed extra (unless staying at an “Ultra-Luxury All-Inclusive” camp).

Optional Balloon Safari: Usually costs approx. $550–$600 USD per person (unless explicitly added to your total package).

Personal Items: Laundry services, souvenirs, telephone calls, and any extra snacks or specialized snacks not provided by the camp.

Medical Requirements: Yellow Fever vaccinations (if required) and Malaria prophylaxis.
